The Senate’s new spending bill to re-open the government which passed on November 12th, 2025, included a few lines that have banned “intoxicating hemp products”. The broad ban includes all products that contain Hemp Derived Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, THCA, THCP and any analog to THC.

Unfortunately, this new language in the spending bill makes it impossible for us to continue to grow, produce and distribute our products. Obviously, our team is devastated, as our livelihood has been destroyed. In addition to losing our source of income in a terrible economy, we can also no longer provide products that help so many people.
